"Some mosques that have carried out religious activities still carry out health protocols such as using masks during worship and have prepared a place to wash their hands and then inside the mosque also have set the distance of sitting in accordance with the protocol that has been determined," he said.

He continued, in connection with the implementation of worship activities in mosques in the green zone, his party had also coordinated and delivered officially to the Jayapura Regency Regional Government.

"Regarding this matter, it has been reported to the Regional Government of Jayapura Regency. "Of all the mosques in the Jayapura Regency, his party is always in dialogue, communicating and also giving calls from the Jayapura Regency Indonesian Ulema Council," he said.

It is known that, during the Covid 19 pandemic, the Jayapura Regency Regional Government through the Covid Task Force Task Force for the Acceleration of Covid 19 has issued instructions for houses of worship in the Jayapura Regency area to temporarily not carry out religious worship.
