Three FKTPs in Jayapura Pass to the National Level

Of the 69 participants in the Health Protocol Vlog Contest in preventing the spread of Covid-19 at the Deputy for Papua and West Papua Region held by BPJS Kesehatan, three of them passed to the national level.

The Deputy for Papua and West Papua Regional Health BPJS oversees 6 branch offices namely Jayapura, Sorong, Manokwari, Biak, Wamena and Merauke.

The three winners were BPJS Kesehatan Jayapura branch partners, respectively Infantry Battalion 751 Sentani Polyclinic, Puskesmas Sentani and Puskesmas Jayapura Utara. The three FKTPs also won the competition at the branch level.

Vlog competitions were held starting from the branch level, regional (provincial) to national deputies in the context of the 75th Indonesian Independence Day with the theme of preventing the spread of Covid-19.

Head of the Jayapura Branch of BPJS Kesehatan Primary Benefit Guarantee, Yuni Kendek, expressed his gratitude to the FKTP for participating in making the vlog with the aim of educating JKN-KIS participants and the public.

"Those who have not won, do not be discouraged because the judges who are experts in their fields are the Health BPJS, the Health Service and the Covid-19 Task Force," he said.

Head of Human Resources, General Affairs and Public Communication BPJS Kesehatan Jayapura Branch Bertrand S. Tupan said that all the contestants were good, but the ones chosen were the best.

"The goal is the same as how to convey the procedures for handling the Covid-19 pandemic, and the moment at the Republic of Indonesia's Anniversary," said Bertrand.

Head of Puskesmas Sentani, drg. Adi Kurniawan expressed his gratitude because he did not expect the vlog of Puskesmas Sentani to be the first winner at the branch level and the second winner at the regional (provincial) level.

Adi admitted that the vlog creation process lasted one minute on the last day of the competition. "The contents of the video correspond to our daily services at the Sentani Community Health Center," Adi said.

Head of Polyclinic Infantry Battalion 751 Sentani, Nasarudin Kaplale, revealed that making vlogs did not go through previous training. His party just received a notification letter on the video collection limit on the last day.

"There was no training beforehand, we prepared half an hour to make a one-minute video with the help of 6 people. In the video we convey it according to the daily services at the Polyclinic, "said Nasarudin.

Nasarudin said the prize pool would be used for needs at the Polyclinic to buy medical equipment.

Djamal Adriansyah, the Head of BPJS Kesehatan Jayapura Branch representing the Deputy Director of BPJS Kesehatan for Papua and West Papua Region, expressed his appreciation to the three winners.

"We congratulate the winners, because in addition to winning at the branch level, they also won at the regional (provincial) deputy level, so they have the right to represent the Deputy for Papua and West Papua at the national level," said Djamal after handing over the prize at the BPJS Kesehatan Office. Jayapura Branch.

"Don't look at the nominal value of this prize, but what can we do to protect it together, because the purpose of this vlog competition is one of the media to convey information to the public, not only to JKN-KIS participants," he said. (Zulkifli)
