As many as 20 thousand ATM cards bearing the 2020 PON logo are ready to be launched

The Papua Regional Development Bank (BPD) has prepared as many as 20 thousand ATM cards bearing the XX National Sports Week (PON) logo. This step was taken specifically to make the event successful in Cenderawasih Earth in October 2021.

BPD Papua Operations Director Isak S. Wopari in Jayapura, said the 20 thousand ATM cards will be distributed to the four organizing clusters. Namely the City and Regency of Jayapura, Mimika and Merauke.

"However, most ATMs bearing the PON logo will be scattered in Jayapura City and Regency," he said, as quoted by Antara, Wednesday (12/5).

According to Isak, the preparation of 20 thousand ATM cards bearing the PON logo is part of Bank Papua's support for the successful implementation of this national sporting event. In addition, Bank Papua also opened a special counter for PB PON Papua at the Abepura Branch Office.

He explained that the special branch office of the Papua PON Grand Committee was optimal for serving customers. "Intensively, we have collaborated with related parties regarding this PON," he said again.

He added that even Bank Papua has participated in publishing through calendars, banners, advertising and so on.
