GARDA RED WHITE KAB. SORONG SELATAN DECLARES REJECT SEPARATISM IN PAPUA LAND

On July 1, 2021, 08.00 s.d. 09.00 WIT at Trikora Monument, Wersar Village, Teminabuan District, Kab. South Sorong, DPC Garda Merah Putih Kab. South Sorong, led by Nicodemus Kondjol (Plt. Chairperson of the DPC Garda Merah Putih, South Sorong Regency) made a declaration rejecting separatism in Papua and was attended by about 15 people.

The statement of the attitude of the DPC Garda Merah Putih Kab. South Sorong, led by Nicodemus Kondjol as follows:

"We are committed to maintaining the integrity and sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia together with the Government and TNI-Polri"

"Reject all forms of Free Papua campaign, because Papua is an integral part of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia"

"Condemns the actions of the Separatist groups that disrupt security and hinder development in the Land of Papua"

"Support all government decisions, especially the agenda for the revision of the Special Autonomy Law for Papua, while maintaining the basic rights of the Papuan people"

"Support all developments organized by the Government for the welfare of the Papuan people".
