The Papua Regional Police Biddokkes Provides Free Services for Flood Victims



The Papua Regional Police Biddokkes provides free health services to flood victims in Jayapura City, Sunday (9/1/2022).
 
The health service activity was led by the Head of the Papua Regional Police Dokkes Kombes Pol dr. Nariyana with the Papua Regional Police Biddokkes Health Team.

The Head of the Dokkes Polda Papua on his opportunity said that the post-flood health services were carried out at the Organda Housing and at the Trikora Abepura Gymnasium.

During the implementation of health services, the Papua Regional Police Biddokkes team carried out blood pressure checks, fever and gave medicines and vitamins.

"Then from the residents who were visited, it was found that a number of residents complained about their health, including some who had fever and coughing runny nose, so the health team gave medicine for fever and flu," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of Public Relations of the Papua Police, Kombes Pol. Drs. Ahmad Musthofa Kamal SH explained that this activity is a form of concern for the Police.

"In order to help and make it easier for flood victims who need health checks and treatment," he said.

In addition to providing health services, he said, the Papuan Police also deployed Brimob and Polairud personnel to help evacuate victims and clean up the remnants of landslide material that covered the road.
