Jesika Auleria from West Papua advances to International Face Model in Turkey

Jesika Auleria Anakotta Fakdawer from Raja Ampat, West Papua Province advanced to the International Face Model competition in Turkey from March 29 to June 4, 2022.

Jesika Auleria advanced as an International Face Model finalist in Turkey after winning the Indonesia Fece Model for the Prins and Princess category in Jakarta on December 5, 2021.

The third grader at SD Negeri 4 Tanjung Kasuari, Sorong City, is struggling to get the support of all parties so that he can go with his accompanying family to Turkey.

Yohana Balandina Transye Fakdawer, the mother of Jesika Auleria in Sorong, Friday, said that her child was financed by the central government, including return tickets for Indonesia-Turkey.

"Meanwhile, the cost of the round-trip ticket for the family accompanying Jesika and other needs are the responsibility of the family," he said

He hopes that there will be financial assistance from the local government to support the departure of the family who accompanied Jesika and her needs in Turkey.

According to him, in addition to the International Face Model in Turkey, his son will also represent the Province of West Papua at the Indonesia Model award in Jakarta on March 25-27 2022.

Therefore, the mother hopes for the support of the entire community and local government so that her child can make West Papua proud in this national and international event.
