"Examples of areas that used to be red and then turned green. The key word is only one, there is a leader there. There is a problem in an area, yes the leader is there, don't run, don't throw hot ash," Paulus said.

Bearing in mind, the welfare conditions of the people in several districts in Papua are still concerning. He asked the regional head to be aware of the conditions and do concrete things for his area. especially if you enter the red zone.
