Guidelines For Living New Normal in Papua |
The Papua Provincial Education, Library and Archive Service issued 3 important guidelines in the teaching and learning process when implementing new normal.
Head of the Papua Provincial Education, Library and Archives Service Christian Sohilait said the guidelines refer to the habit of wearing masks, washing hands, keeping a distance, and gathering time.
"We hope that parents are ready to face the new normal policy at school, because all unusual habits will become mandatory," he said, Friday, May 29, 2020.
Then, the other thing is the readiness of the school, management at the school, both teachers, human resources and others must prepare a new normalization, such as must have a place to wash hands, wear masks, hand sanitizier and body temperature gauges.
He gave an example, if previously there were 30 students in a class, then it had to be divided and limited to 15 people, even if it could be less than that and study hours had to be prepared or rearranged.
Through these guidelines, the school must follow the way, starting from how to interact, joint sports mechanisms, ceremonial events, breaks and so forth.
Another guideline is how teachers and students bring food from home, because in the new normal policy there are no snacks at school or outside school.
