Pangdam XVII / Cenderawasih Holds a Joint Meeting with Regional Military Command Officials

Pangdam XVII / Cenderawasih Major General TNI Ignatius Yogo Triyono, M.A. together with Kodam officials held a joint meeting related to the involvement of Kodam XVII / Cenderawasih in organizing the XX PON 2021 in Papua, at the Bina Yudha Room Makodam XVII / Cenderawasih, Monday (12/04/2021)

During the meeting, the related officials explained the involvement of Kodam XVII / Cenderawasih in XX PON starting from Security, Accommodation, Transportation, Health, PON Fire Kirab and Preparation of PON Papua Athletes.

"This meeting aims as a medium and a means to determine the steps that must be carried out in relation to the duties of the XVII / Cenderawasih Regional Military Command in the XX PON event in Papua Province," said the Pangdam.

Maj. Gen. Ignatius Yogo asked all Kodam officials and members to always do their best to help the Papua Provincial Government and the Papua Regional Police to work together in order to make the implementation of PON XX in 2021 a success in Papua.

"I ask all soldiers of Kodam XVII / Cenderawasih to always try, cooperate and work together with other related agencies in order to make PON XX a success from opening to closing," concluded Maj. Gen. Ignatius Yogo.
