Otsus Papua is given for the welfare of Papuans

Special Autonomy (Otsus) is a special authority recognized and given to the Papua Province to regulate and manage the interests of the local community according to its own initiative based on the aspirations and basic rights of the Papuan people. This is stated in law number 21 of 2001, special autonomy is also an absolute precondition for the continued development of Papua into a safe and conducive region.

1. Education
President Joko Widodo's government in the field of education through the Papua Special Autonomy has succeeded in sending Papuan children to study abroad, whether sent to Autralia, New Zealand, Germany, the Netherlands, America, and various other countries. Therefore, it is necessary to build educational facilities in Papua with various international class departments and universities.

2. Community Economic Empowerment
In order to increase comprehensive development in Papua, the economic empowerment of the community must be increased both in rural areas and in the cities of Papua.

3. Health
The health factor is very important for the sustainability of an economic development and empowerment. Therefore, health facilities must be prioritized in Papua.

4. Satellite-based Transportation Infrastructure and Telecommunication Facilities
This infrastructure is urgently needed by the Papuan people as a whole so that they can access information and education as well as entertainment through comprehensive internet facilities in Papua.

5. National insight with a sociological approach and the diversity of indigenous Papuan cultures as one of the forerunners of the Nusantara culture so that it is part of a creative economy.
