The General Secretary of KONI Papua, Kenius Kogoya, admitted that Papuan athletes from various sports were very enthusiastic about welcoming the country's biggest sporting event. The Hanura party politician admitted that the athletes they have fostered so far are ready to realize the targets that have been given by the Papuan provincial government.

"Our athletes are very ready, meaning that KONI in order to achieve the achievements that have been given by the top five governments, KONI is ready, hopefully the plan for the top five is on target and does not miss," said Kenius to Cenderawasih Pos when met at the KONI Papua office. , Friday (23/7).
