Supporting the success of the XX Papua PON grand event, Silas Papare Air Base in collaboration with the Jayapura District Health Office carried out the Covid-19 Vaccination Raid with the main target being workers who were carrying out venue construction in the Silas Papare Airbase, Jayapura.

The Commander of the Silas Papare Air Base Marsma TNI, Budhi Achmadi said that in order to support the success of PON XX, Silas Papare Airbase today focused on the Covid-19 Vaccination Raid activities to the construction workers of the Sports Branch Venue in the Silas Papare Airbase and the wider community around Silas Papare Air Base.

"Today, we are focusing on vaccinating workers for Softball, Baseball and Rugby sports venues. In addition, we also open the widest opportunity for people who want to carry out vaccines at Silas Papare Air Base," said Budhi Achmadi.

Furthermore, Danlanud Silas Papare said, with the implementation of the vaccine attack on the workers, it is expected to be able to minimize the impact of the spread of Covid-19 in the venue area, so that they can work with focus and the venue construction target can be achieved and is ready to be used for PON XX Papua.
