Pangkoarmada III Admiral TNI Irvansyah said, "On the Job Training is a means and an effort to train non-commissioned officers and youth enlisted soldiers who were still students yesterday to be more established in carrying out their duties.
According to him, with this training, soldiers will get an overview of the tasks they will carry out directly and completely along with the dynamics and intricacies that exist in each task execution, so that it will increase the spirit and mentality to fight and never give up for Indonesian Navy soldiers. .
He hopes that the non-commissioned officers and young enlisted men are capable and professional in carrying out their duties as ocean guard soldiers of the KRI Koarmada III and show their identity as professional soldiers who are responsive, responsive, and strong in accordance with the posture of true soldiers desired by the Navy leaders.
Kadispen Koarmada III Marine Colonel Abdul Kadir added that this On the Job Training consisted of exercises in the form of classical and drill methods as well as tests at Mako Koarmada III and KRI Madidihang-855, KRI Mata Bongsang-873, and KRI Tarakan-905.
The goal is for non-commissioned officers and youth enlisted to recognize the technical and tactical data of each class/type of ship, be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities as crew members of the KRI, be able to carry out PEK and the roles on board, and understand the procedures for internal service in the KRI. as well as in the pendirat in accordance with the Regulations of the Special Service in the Navy.
