Socializing Pancasila, Kesbangpol Yapen Visits 11 Villages in Teluk Ampimoi District

The National and Political Unity Agency (KESBANGPOL) of the Yapen Islands Regency visited 11 villages in the Teluk Ampimoi District, Thursday, October 21, 2021.

The visit was aimed at disseminating national insight and defending the country for village heads, community leaders, traditional leaders, religious leaders, women leaders and youths in the region.

Assistant III for General Administration of the Yapen Regional Secretariat, Wahyudi Irianto said this activity was a form of local government attention and efforts in order to strengthen the Pancasila ideology as a national character for community elements in the village.

"Through this activity, the public can understand the value of meaning contained in the 5 points of Pancasila and can implement these inherent values," said Wahyuni ​​while reading the speech of the Regent of Yapen Islands, Tonny Tesar.

Wahyudi conveyed that a good understanding of national insight is a powerful shield in maintaining Pancasila and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Through this socialization, it is hoped that village officials will not carry out unconstitutional actions that can injure Pancasila and be loyal to Pancasila and the Republic of Indonesia.

"One of the government's tasks is to protect the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia towards the ideals of the nation, namely a just and prosperous society. Therefore, I ask that the community together can protect the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and optimize their respective roles in society," he said.
