The Bank Papua Mobile Banking application, continued Zendrato, can be accessed or supported with an Android OS type smartphone, so that customers can perform various banking transactions safely, easily, and quickly via smartphone devices. These include balance information services, transfers (internal and external), purchases (phone credit vouchers, PLN electricity and others), payments (phone bills, PLN electricity and others).

"To facilitate interaction and customer service, Bank Papua some time ago launched the Whatsapp Business Corporate Bank Papua (WABA) service, namely Papua Customer Care (PACE)," he said.

“PACE makes it easy for customers to get all information related to Bank Papua products, services and services for 24 Hours Real Time and the Papua Digital Service Application is a service feature that makes it easy for Bank Papua customers to be able to take a queue number anytime and anywhere via cell phone. Zendrato explained further.

In order to enliven the implementation of PON XX in its territory, at the end of September 2021, Bank Papua also launched three digital products at once, namely Internet Banking CMS Corporate, Laku Pandai (Papua Pandai), and a payment system or payment system using the Indonesian Standard Quick Response (QRIS). ).
 
"Regarding QRIS services, customers and the public can now use Bank Papua's QRIS as a relatively safe, fast, convenient and efficient payment system through the Bank Papua Mobile Banking application. This also makes it easier for trading business partners and MSMEs, where QRIS Bank Papua can be an alternative for non-cash payments from buyers," he explained.

It was added that the digitization of Bank Papua supports the implementation of Regional Government Transaction Electronification (ETPD) and accommodates industry 4.0-based customer transactions. in the midst of a new normal of life and digitalization.

In addition, Bank Papua has also made a high contribution to increasing PAD and also plays an important role as a bank that perceives regional cash management in an easy, fast, safe and accountable manner by presenting the Regional Cash Expenditure Module through the CMS Application and Online SP2D which is connected to the Director General of Treasury of the Ministry of Finance through channel 7020, Regional Cash Receipt Module through local tax payment receipts such as PBB, BPHTB, Hotel Tax, restaurant tax, entertainment tax and other licensing taxes through Teller channels, ATMs, mobile banking and modern channels such as GOPAY.
