Worship with the Kisor Residents, Dandim Maybrat: We invite you to open a new page



Dandim 1809/Maybrat, Lt. Col. Inf. Hary Ismail, together with other Kodim personnel, invited the Kisor community to worship together at the Fitor Church, Kisor Village, South Aifat District, West Papua, Sunday 20 March 2022. This activity was carried out in the context of accelerating the return of refugees to make the situation more conducive.

A total of 217 members of the congregation joined the worship service together. They came from the villages of Kisor, Lek, Imsun and Krus, South Aifat District.
 
Dandim said, with this joint worship, it is hoped that residents will be more confident in carrying out their activities. Then, residents who are still outside should immediately rejoin.

"After not seeing each other for a long time, this time we invite residents to open a new page for a better future," he said.

On this occasion, the Dandim also firmly guarantees that all of the Kodim ranks have understood and have been ordered to work in accordance with their duties.

"His job is to help the community and work and ensure that if they violate, they will be given sanctions if they act outside the provisions," he said.

"Thank you, we have been accepted by the residents of Kisor, in the future the residents will together help the local government and residents to build Aifat.

Participating in this activity, the Regent of Maybrat, Bernard Sagrim, together with officials from the local government of Maybrat, and personnel from Kodim 1809/Maybrat.
