Kasad Hopes the Special Autonomy Bintara Program Becomes a Development Motivator in Papua



The Special Autonomy Bintara (Otsus) program is a good opportunity for the best Papuan sons and daughters, who have been educated and adapted for one year on the island of Java to be put into practice in helping the community's difficulties, and building Papua to be more advanced, which is the implementation of the Seven Commandments of the Kasad Daily. .

This was conveyed by the Chief of Army Staff (Kasad) General TNI Dudung Abdurachman, while giving directions to the 948 Special Autonomy NCOs face-to-face and video conference at Headquarters, Jakarta, Thursday (9/6/2022).
 
"Implement the Seven Daily Commands of the Kasad, one of which is that the Army must be present in the midst of community difficulties and always be a solution," said Dudung.

He said, the Special Autonomy NCOs who will later serve as Babinsa in Papua and West Papua must be motivators and boosters, so that they are able to carry out their duties by providing the best service as an extension of the leadership of the TNI AD, Regional Units in assisting development and the community in Papua.
 
He hoped that the experiences gained by the Special Autonomy NCOs during their education at Rindam and On Job Training (OJT) at the regional units of the Jaya/Jayakarta Kodam, III/Siliwangi Kodam, IV/Diponegoro Kodam, and V/Brawijaya Kodam, would invite all components of the Indonesian nation to participate in the training. build Papua with unity and unity, harmony and peace within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI)

"Keep doing your best wherever you are on duty and are, while still holding fast to the Sapta Marga, the Soldier's Oath and the Eight Mandatory Military Forces. Show that you are Indonesian Army soldiers who love the Republic of Indonesia and are the pride of your family, community, nation and state of Indonesia," he concluded.

Present at the briefing at the Headquarters of Pangdam Jaya/Jayakarta, Aster and Aspers Kasad, while the video conference was attended by Pangdam III/Siliwangi, Pangdam IV/Diponegoro, Pangdam V/Brawijaya, Pangdam XVII/Cenderawasih, and Pangdam XVIII/Kasuari.
