This was expressed by several youth and community organizations who are members of the Papuan Community Component, in Jayapura City.

They expressly reject the presence of the Free Papua Organization (OPM).
 
The OPM, which is considered a Papuan KKB, is considered to have disturbed residents in Papua.

The Papuan KKB continues to spread terror and shootings against civilians and security forces.

The Papuan Community Component stated that the OPM or KKB did not even hesitate to kill the lives of the sons of the Papuan region itself.
 
Chairman II of the Saireri Indigenous Youth, Ali Kabiay, said the current KKB struggle was not purely defending the Papuans.

The efforts made by the separatist group are also considered old-fashioned.

"Other countries are competing in economic wars, the OPM is still busy carrying out violence and terror even against the Papuans themselves," said Ali in the contents of his declaration.

Apart from Ali Kabiyai, the declaration was also attended by a number of Papuan youth leaders.

Before reading the declaration rejecting the OPM, they also held a discussion on the history of the integration of Papua within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI).

"Because they feel they are independent as individuals and are enjoying life and trying to compete in the economic war," said Ali.

We, indigenous Papuans from various components of society, namely the traditional and youth components, hereby declare:

1. Reject all forms of separatist movements in Papua, through armed movements that have claimed many victims and ask the security forces, both TNI and Polri to pursue and take legal action against the perpetrators.

2. Strongly condemn all acts of violence carried out by armed criminal groups in Papua which looks very ancient, because wars in this modern era are not physical wars but economic wars. Where every region struggles and fights to improve its economy, therefore we strongly condemn all acts of violence by the KKB in Papua.
 
3. Fully support the implementation of the Special Autonomy Law No. 2 of 2022 and accelerate the acceleration of development in Papua.

4. Fully support the acceleration of the expansion of the New Autonomous Region in the Land of Papua for welfare and better services for the benefit of the Papuan people.
