The Jayapura Regency Government socializes the Soltan application for MSMEs

The Jayapura Regency Government, Papua Province, will immediately socialize the MSME sooltan application for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the region.

Head of Communication and Informatics Office of Jayapura Regency, Gustaf Griapon, in Sentani, Wednesday, socializing the application, his party will cooperate with PT Telkom Papua to teach MSMEs in using this service to market their products.

"We hope that in the future MSMEs in Jayapura Regency can use the digital platform provided by PT Telkom well," he said.

According to Gustaf, the socialization of the MSME sooltan application will coincide with the proud activity of understanding the love of the rupiah and the introduction of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (Qris) application for MSMEs.

"It is planned that the socialization of the UMKM sooltan application and the introduction of Qris will take place on December 6, 2022," he said.

He explained that the socialization of the UMKM sooltan application and the introduction of Qris from the Bank Indonesia Papua Representative Office would be attended by 100 UMKM assisted by the Jayapura Regency Cooperative and UMKM Service.

He added that 2022 is the year to socialize the UMKM sooltan application and introduce Qris for MSME players and also the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the region.

"Then in 2023 it will begin to be practiced in the use of applications and Qris on how to make non-cash payments," he said again.
