Two motorcycle taxi drivers hacked into OTK in Puncak Jaya Regency, no fatalities



Two motorcycle taxi drivers on behalf of Uwi Hasan (39) and Amrini (50) were stabbed by an Unknown Person (OTK) in Talilime Village, Muara District, Puncak Regency, Friday (23/12) at 09.00 WIT. There were no fatalities from the incident and the two victims only suffered injuries.

Head of Public Relations of the Papuan Police Kombes Pol Ahmad Mustofa Kamal explained, the chronology of events began with the two motorcycle taxi drivers carrying passengers who were going to worship, when they arrived at the location of Kalilime Village, Muara District, Puncak Jaya Regency, they were stopped by the OTK and then stabbed them.
 
"No words were immediately hacked, then the victim ran to the nearest TNI post. They only realized that they were injured," said the Head of Public Relations in Timika, Friday (23/12).

The Head of Public Relations revealed that the victim Uwi Hasan had an injury to the hand and elbow, then the victim Amrini suffered an injury to the wrist.

"After receiving the report, the police officers went straight to the crime scene but the victim was taken to the hospital," he said.

For the perpetrators, according to the Head of Public Relations, it is not yet known how many people, after stabbing the perpetrators fled.

"It is not known how many perpetrators there were because the victim was not very conscious so he did not observe clearly. What is clear is that the perpetrators were not alone," he said.
