West Papua Regional Police Chief orders to arrest KKB dead or alive

West Papua Regional Police Chief Inspector General Pol. Daniel TM Silitonga ordered the arrest of the armed criminal group (KKB) who are still spreading terror against civilians in Maybrat, Southwest Papua, both dead and alive.
 
The West Papua Regional Police Chief made this statement in Manokwari, Wednesday (28/12) evening, when directing Polri personnel in the ranks not to be careless in the face of the KKB terror against civilians.

In addition, said the Inspector General of Police. Daniel TM Silitonga, increased the alert status in areas that were detected by the KKB hoax terror.
 
"We are on alert one against the KKB in Maybrat. The point is the criminals must be caught dead or alive," said the regional police chief.
 
The regional police chief said that Polri and TNI personnel had taken control of the Maybrat area, which the KKB had previously claimed to have occupied.
 
"Until now, Maybrat is in a conducive situation. The National Police and the TNI are conducting periodic evaluations with the Maybrat Regency Government so that we can confirm that the video circulating about the KKB controlling the Kmurkek District is not true," said the Inspector General of Police. Daniel.
 
He said that routine and measurable patrols were carried out by the National Police and the TNI to ensure Maybrat's overall conductivity.
 
"If a video confession took over Kmurkek on Christmas Eve, that's not true. It could have been because it was dark they confessed by making a video. However, at 06.00 all the personnel made sure the conditions there were safe," he also said.

It is known that the KKB, which is still nesting in the Maybrat area to Bintuni, West Papua, is still spreading terror against civilians and security forces.

The police have disseminated the identities of a number of KKB members who are on the wanted list (DPO) in a series of attacks on military posts and civilian road workers.
