TMMD is a government program to improve the development and welfare of people in disadvantaged, remote and border areas.

The TMMD program is carried out through physical and non-physical development. In addition, the TMMD program also fosters a spirit of mutual cooperation between the TNI, Polri and the community.

The spirit of mutual assistance this time appeared on TMMD in Kibay Village, Keerom Regency. Together with the community, the TNI and Polri were involved in the construction of churches and houses in Kampung Kibay.

Dandim 1701 / Jayapura as the 107th TMMD Dansatgas, Col. Inf Jerry Simatupang through the 107th TMMD Task Force Major Inf Edi mentioned the support of the National Police and the community of Kampung Kibay very much assisting the TMMD program.

"Only one week has passed, TMMD results have been seen, even churches and homes have been installed," said Edi, Tuesday, March 24, 2020.

Head of Kibay Village, Carles Numbun thanked and was pleased with the TMMD program. He claimed that the entire community in Kampung Kibay volunteered to help the TNI ease the burden of completing construction in TMMD.

"Our hope with this development, the spirit of mutual cooperation will continue to be maintained in Kibay Village," he said.
