Ivan Sambom, the Freeport Security is suspected of having multiple articles

Mimika Resort Police set Ivan Sambom as a suspect after undergoing an intensive examination at the Mimika Police Resort. "The house became a hiding place for the KKB after shooting at the PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI) Office in Kuala Kencana on March 30," he said.

To the investigator, Ivan admitted that the evidence of firearms (senpi) and ammunition along with other sharp weapons belonged to the KKB who had hidden there.

"Ivan Sambom was arrested in connection with the crime of possessing, storing or hiding firearms or ammunition, and / or crimes against state security (treason) and crimes against people's lives (murder) as referred to in Article 1 paragraph (1) of Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951 and / or Article 106 of the Criminal Code Article 55 of the Criminal Code and / or Article 338 of the Criminal Code Article 53 of the Criminal Code, "said Era.

Era explained Ivan Sambom was known to be a PTFI employee who was assigned as a security. From the results of the investigation, he is known to be a member of the Mimika Militant National Committee (KNPB) affiliated with the TPNPB-OPM.

"Until now the question concerned is still being intensively examined to reveal the series of shootings that occurred in Mimika," he said.

Meanwhile, the results of the identification of the bodies of 2 KKB members who died in a firefight in Iwaka were known to have the initials TK and MK. Kindergarten is known to be the field commander of Lekagak Telenggen members.
