Koramil 1701-04 / Arso personnel are ready to assist the Keerom District government in distributing social assistance to 18,000 families affected by the Corona virus (COVID-19) in the region.

Danramil Major CHK Yohana Yoku said that members of the TNI who were prepared to help secure the smooth distribution of social assistance to the people affected by the Corona virus.

"We have also coordinated with Kodim 1701 / Jayapura so that the existing personnel are added so that they can accommodate the entire target area of ​​distribution," hoped Danramil Arso.

For the safeguarding of social assistance, he said, it will be secured until the social assistance is given to the head of the family who will receive it in the villages.

"We also ensure that social assistance reaches the community in accordance with the data provided," he said.

Meanwhile, Head of Social Empowerment of the Keerom Regency Social Office Fallen W Pangkali said, the mechanism for distributing social assistance in the Keerom Regency would be divided into three regional zones.

"There are 11 districts that will receive and we will divide into 3 zones with a total of 18,000 families who will receive this social assistance. "Distribution will start from Wednesday 6 May to 19 May," Fallen said.
