North Sumatra's beautiful diving athlete Angel Theresia Purba is targeting a bronze medal at XX National Sports Week (PON) in Papua in 2021.

Preparations for the teenager born October 29, 2004 are indeed somewhat constrained because of the Covid-19 outbreak. During the pandemic, Angel focused more on physical exercise and more often practiced at home.

"For the morning, I usually exercise for two hours and also two hours in the afternoon. But for the morning I focus on the flexibility of the legs and the evening focus on flexibility of the body," he said, Sunday (5/17/2020).

He admitted, occasionally he and the trainer to Selayang Swimming Pool for technical training. When training with a coach, Angel claimed to still follow the government's recommendations to keep their distance and often use masks.
