The Mayor of Jayapura, Benhur Tommi Mano (BTM) threatened to remove the post of district and village head if proven to be playing games in distributing food assistance from the President of Indonesia, Ir. Joko Widodo.

There are 5000 aid packages from the Presidential Palace sent to be distributed to residents of Jayapura City.
BTM detailed in a package of assistance from the Presidential Palace that it distributed there were 10 kg of rice, 1 egg rack, 1 liter of cooking oil, 1 kg of sugar and tea.

"I will not hesitate to remove district and urban heads who have been proven to play in this assistance, because I also risked my position to the President," said BTM when distributing 5000 packages of staples of President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo in the Jayapura District on Tuesday (27) / 05).

BTM also does not want any Jayapura City residents to make an open letter to the President of RI that Jayapura City residents have not received assistance.

"Once again I emphasize to the sub-district head and lurah that they do not choose their families and neighbors to receive this assistance. This assistance must be right on target because there are still many people who are more in need. Listen carefully, if you do wrong wrong, I am dislodged from the position "he stressed again.

He emphasized this because of the 29 regencies / cities in Papua Province, only Jayapura City received this assistance.

"Therefore, I ask the sub-district head, lurah and RT / RW not to open the rice to be reduced, distribute it directly to residents who need it," he concluded.
