Papua Police Chief Inspector General Paulus Waterpauw invites members of the Indonesian National Police and ASN within the Papua Regional Police to promote the COVID-19 health protocol.
This needs to be done considering the number of people infected with COVID-19 in Papua continues to grow, so it must always encourage health protocol discipline.
"In addition to maintaining security and handling conduciveness during the COVID-19 pandemic, the results of a public opinion survey conducted by a political indicator survey agency showed 80.7 percent expressed satisfaction with the performance of the National Police and Polri ranks third after the TNI and the President related to trust in Polri institutions, "said Inspector General of Waterpauw at the Papua Regional Police Headquarters in Jayapura.
Admittedly, this achievement became an encouragement in providing the best service to the community, nation and state.
This success is not just the achievements of the leaders but our success together so that achievement must be maintained.
"Moreover, in the future the task challenges will become more difficult because it is predicted that the COVID-19 pandemic will continue while the Regional Election stages will continue to be carried out simultaneously so that we are demanded to work harder to gain higher public trust," hoped Papua Police Chief Inspector General Paulus Waterpauw.
552 personnel who received promotions consisted of 477 non-commissioned officers, 14 middle officers, 22 first officers, 12 enlisted officers and 27 ASN officers.
