Ahead of the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day, TNI-Polri Raids Sajam Ensures the Security of Puncak Jaya



Puncak Jaya Police personnel together with Kodim 1714 / Puncak Jaya conducted dialogical patrols and raids of sharp weapons to ensure security ahead of the 75th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence in Kota Mulia.

Dialogical patrols and joint raids were led by the Head of Ops for the Puncak Jaya Police, AKP Sigit Susanto, S.IK and Pasi Ops Kodim 1714 / Acting Captain Inf. Denis Sinay earlier, passed roads that were considered vulnerable, such as the Mount of Olives, Kampung Wuyukwi and Kampung Ban.

This joint Police-TNI apparatus also examined people suspected of carrying sharp weapons. The Head of Ops explained that before the 75th anniversary of Indonesia's Independence, the joint Police-TNI officers carried out dialogical patrols and raids of sharp weapons around Kota Mulia.

"We have carried out patrols and raids since a few days ago to ensure security ahead of the 75th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia," he explained.

In this raid, joint personnel managed to secure 2 sharp weapons that were carried by the people in the city.

"We also continue to urge all people to work together to maintain security, especially ahead of the 75th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia in Puncak Jaya Regency," he said.
