THE COMMUNITY HAS REAL BENEFITS OF OTSUS

The female figure of Pegaf, Arfak Mountains Regency, Albertina Ullo expressed her support for the sustainability of Otsus Volume II which has helped and developed the Papuan people, especially the Pegaf community, Kab. Arfak Mountains for 20 years.

Special Autonomy according to Law no. 21 of 2001 is considered to have had a positive impact and provided great benefits to the people of Papua. During the 20 years of the implementation of Otsus for the Land of Papua, the progress felt by the community was the development of road infrastructure, education and health.

“The ongoing development has helped all elements of Papuan society. We have felt progress during the 20 years that special autonomy funds have been given to the Pegaf community,” said Albertina.

He also appealed to the entire community not to be provoked by news, social media or certain groups who reject Otsus, because the sustainability of Otsus is a form of the Government's attention to the Land of Papua so that it can be more prosperous and able to compete with other regions.

"Otsus is the best solution for the Land of Papua, its benefits have been proven and felt directly by OAP," he concluded.
