KKB Uses 3 to 5 Guns

Kamal hopes that firefights will not happen again in Yahukimo or other areas in Papua for any reason. Because shooting contact will only cause casualties, both from members and KKB.
"We want them to realize that they will return to being good people and carry out their activities as before, and build a better Papua," he pleaded.
Kamal said that until now members in the field are still pursuing this group at several points. Meanwhile, the construction project has not yet been continued at that location.
"Immediately we will clean up the location there and we ask all parties to refrain from violent activity in any form, so that the development process in the interior of Papua can be realized properly," he said.
Previously, a shootout between joint personnel and KKB led by Tendius Gwijangge (TG) occurred at Kali EI, Mosom Dua Village, Seradala District, Yahukimo Regency, Saturday (10/7). The gunfight caused Brigadier Kenny Carlos Julian Kipuw to suffer a gunshot wound to the lower abdomen.
