West Papua Police Chief Invites Community Leaders to Create Conducive Kamtibmas

West Papua Police Chief, Inspector General Pol. Daniel Tahi Monang Silitonga, held a meeting with religious leaders, traditional leaders, and community leaders in Manokwari Regency, Saturday (9/7/2022).

This meeting became a moment for Daniel's self-introduction as the new West Papua Police Chief as well as to establish friendships with leaders in their respective regions to support the creation of a conducive situation.

Daniel said this meeting was very meaningful. "I expect community leaders, traditional leaders, religious leaders to prevent social conflicts between religious people that had occurred some time ago in several parts of Indonesia," he said.

In addition, he invited all elements of society to be able to participate in helping the police work, especially in the West Papua Regional Police in creating a conducive security and security situation in the West Papua region.
