Program Progress in DP2KP is Above 90 Percent

The progress of the work program at the Jayapura Regency Housing and Settlement Land Agency (DP2KP) has reached over 90 percent. "As for the 2022 work program, it is almost 98% complete," said the Head of Jayapura Regency DP2KP, Tery Ayomi when confirmed by Cendrawasih Pos, Friday (16/12).

He admitted, currently his party is just waiting for the payment of bills from a third party who carries out a number of physical works at the service he leads. He said there had been a number of physical works carried out this year, such as the construction of 15 ASN housing units in Unurumguay District, then healthy houses for the community built by the government in the cities of Sentani, Yoboi, Demta and Ravenirara.
 
"Then there is also work to improve environmental roads, the physical work has been completed, all that's left is to tidy up the administration," he explained.
 
Meanwhile, the major work to be carried out this year is the completion of the construction of the Tabita Sentani Hotel. This hotel has physically been completed, but for some parts that have not been fulfilled it will be the responsibility of a third party who has built a cooperation contract with the Jayapura Regency Government to complete it.

The construction of this hotel is expected to have a big impact, especially in increasing local revenue in Jayapura Regency. "To present this hotel, the government has made capital investments, especially building buildings and land acquisition for the presence of the hotel," he added.
 
For 2023, his party has proposed several works which are still in the drafting stage. "So now our work program for 2003 is still a proposal, so we are waiting," he concluded.
